Level 1: Perception & Perspective, 30-Day Challenge

Day 1-2: What Are Perception and Perspective?
Perception: This is how your brain understands what you see, hear, and feel. For example, when you see a dog, your brain tells you it’s a dog!

Perspective: This is how you think or feel about something, like how you see a problem or what you think about a story. Different people can see the same thing in different ways, like you and your friend might like different parts of a movie.

Journal Activities:
Activity 1: Watch a fun video or read a story that shows how perception and perspective work. Write your own summary about what you watched or read.

Activity 2: Remember a time when you and a friend saw something differently. Write or draw how things might change if you saw it from their point of view.

Understanding these ideas helps you see things more clearly and get along better with others.
