Level 2 – Day 17-18: Practicing Gratitude

What’s This About?
Gratitude is a powerful way to shift focus from what’s wrong to what’s right. When you practice gratitude regularly, it helps break the cycle of negative thinking.

Fun Activities:

Activity 1: Start a gratitude journal. Each day, write down three things you’re thankful for, big or small. Try to focus on specific things, like “I’m thankful for the delicious meal I had today.”

Activity 2: Share something you’re grateful for with someone. Spread the positive vibes!

Why Is This Important?
Gratitude shifts your mindset from scarcity to abundance. It’s hard to focus on negativity when you’re counting your blessings.

Chris Thomas Notes:
Writing in my gratitude journal made me realize how much I have to be thankful for, even on tough days. Scarcity to abundance.
