Level 2 – Day 19-20: Visualizing Positive Outcomes

What’s This About?
Visualization is a tool used by athletes, successful business people, and anyone looking to achieve their goals. When you visualize positive outcomes, you’re mentally rehearsing success.

Fun Activities:

Activity 1: Think of a goal or challenge you’re working on. Close your eyes and imagine yourself succeeding at it. What do you see? How do you feel?

Activity 2: Write down what you visualized. Include as much detail as possible—what happened, how did you achieve your goal, and how did it feel?

Why Is This Important?
Visualizing success prepares your mind and body for achieving it. It helps shift your focus from fear or doubt to confidence.

Chris Thomas Notes:
I’m a visual thinker. I can imagine everything in my mind, play out different scenarios, and remember what everything looked like in the past. I don’t need any effort to think of negative scenarios. I will visualize positive outcomes then reference those outcomes in the moment.
