Activity 1: Think about who in your life makes you feel uplifted. Reach out to one or two of these people and have a positive conversation with them. Let them know what you’re working on.
Activity 2: Consider joining a community group, online forum, or class where you can meet like-minded people working on personal growth.
Why Is This Important?
