What’s This About?
Now it’s time to turn things around by actively replacing negative thoughts with positive alternatives. This takes practice but can help shift your mindset over time.

Fun Activities:

  1. Take one of the negative thoughts from earlier and write down a positive statement to replace it.
  2. Throughout the day, whenever a negative thought comes up, practice replacing it with a more positive or realistic one.

Why Is This Important?
Replacing negative thoughts with positive ones helps to reshape your overall thinking pattern, leading to a more optimistic outlook.
