What’s This About?
Gratitude is a powerful way to shift your mindset from negative to positive. By focusing on what you’re thankful for, you can combat negativity and improve your mood.

Fun Activities:

  1. Start a gratitude journal. Write down three things you’re grateful for every morning or evening.
  2. When you notice a negative thought, pause and think of something positive in your life to counterbalance it.

Why Is This Important?
Focusing on gratitude rewires your brain to notice more positive things, improving your overall mental outlook.
