Level 3 – Day 23-24: Letting Go of Perfectionism

What’s This About?
Perfectionism can limit progress, making it hard to enjoy and appreciate our efforts. Letting go of perfectionism helps you focus on growth, rather than flawless outcomes.

Activities:

  1. Reflect on a recent project where you felt pressure to be perfect and how it impacted your enjoyment.
  2. Identify a small area where you can allow “good enough” to replace “perfect” and practice this shift.

Why Is This Important?
Letting go of perfectionism reduces stress and enhances flexibility, opening the door to greater growth. Embracing imperfection lets you celebrate progress, not just perfection.

Chris Thomas Notes:
Progress over perfection—sometimes moving forward is more valuable than perfection. I like 80% perfect in most situations.
