Your inner dialogue, or self-talk, shapes how you see yourself and the world. Positive self-talk helps build resilience and boosts self-confidence.

Activities:

1. Notice any recurring negative self-talk and practice reframing it with positive alternatives.  

2. Write down three affirmations to repeat daily, reinforcing a constructive and uplifting inner dialogue.

Why Is This Important?

Positive self-talk nurtures self-esteem, creating a foundation for personal growth. By treating yourself kindly, you build a healthier, more supportive mindset.
