Level 4 – Day 23-24: Letting Go of Perfectionism

What’s This About?
Perfectionism can stall your progress by focusing on flaws rather than growth. Letting go of this mindset helps you embrace the journey and celebrate your efforts.

Activities:

  1. Reflect on a recent project or goal where perfectionism held you back. Consider what could have been achieved if you had focused on progress instead.
  2. Identify one area of your life where “good enough” can replace “perfect.” Practice this shift to create more ease and flow.

Why Is This Important?
Progress, not perfection, is what drives momentum. By releasing the need to be flawless, you create space for growth and abundance.

Chris Thomas Notes:
Strive for excellence, not perfection. The universe doesn’t need you to be perfect to deliver your desires. Remember 80% perfect is excellent!
